Process

During your appointment with the Financial Planning Coordinator, applications and documentation will be reviewed for completeness and accuracy. The information provided will be used to determine eligibility and the level of aid available to you.

After financing arrangements have been reviewed, you will sign an Enrollment Agreement which secures your enrollment.

Each student must be prepared to pay the following during the financial aid appointment:
  • $100 Registration Fee due and payable upon signing an Enrollment Agreement.
  • $50 Background Screening & Reference Check Fee is due and payable upon signing an Enrollment Agreement. The Background Screening & Reference Check is required by many of our clinical site affiliates.
  • Students must be able to pay for books and uniforms prior to the first day of class.

Due to the monetary limits of federal aid, these costs are generally an out-of-pocket expense for the student and not covered by financial aid.
