Can I afford to attend Galen College?

We realize that cost may be a factor in your decision to attend. Approximately 85% of Galen students receive some type of financial assistance and a full-time financial planning coordinator is available to assist students in obtaining financial assistance information. Available resources for those who qualify include PELL and Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (“SEOG”) grants, Federal Subsidized and Unsubsidized Stafford loans, Veteran’s Educational benefits, cash payment plans and private student loan programs.

Can I get money for living expenses?
A.
Most of your federal aid, if you qualify, will go towards covering the cost of tuition. If you need money for living expenses, you may need to look into private loans. Students are advised to consider this aspect before they begin applying for college.
