Dr. Marjorie M. Perrin

Dr. Perrin retired from Spalding University in 1997 where she served as Dean and Professor of the School of Nursing and Health Sciences. Prior to that she served as Director of Education for Humana, Inc. where she was in charge of the development of the Humana Health Institutes, now Galen Health Institutes, in Louisville, KY, Tampa, FL, and San Antonio, TX. Before coming to Humana, Inc., Dr. Perrin served 26 years on the faculty of the University of Alabama in Huntsville, AL and two years at the John C. Calhoun Junior College in the Associate Degree Nursing Program.

Dr. Perrin continues to be involved in many areas of interests including Kentuckiana Health Ministry and the Harambee Nursing Center (HNC) located in the Presbyterian Community Center in Louisville, KY. She serves on several church and community boards including Community Health Alliance as Interim Executive Director, Presbyterian Community Center and Advisory Committee of HNC. She has served as a Health Education Consultant since her retirement.
