Request Transcript

Graduates

Graduate transcripts will remain a permanent record at Galen College. Official copies of your transcript will be sent to employers or other schools at your request. Graduates will not be charged for the first copy of the transcript; however, a transcript fee will be charged for additional copies requested.

Release forms for transcripts are available from the administrative office. Please allow approximately two weeks from the time of the request to receive your transcript.
